VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. is an international manufacturer and exporter of fashionable knitted and woven garments.  We supply our high-quality designer apparel at very competitive prices to specialty retail outlets, boutiques and private label companies. Our in-house European designer is always available to assist with design and development for private label or custom orders.  We strictly manage the quality control of our ladies boiled wool coats, stylish jackets, classy cotton shirts and other woven garments to ensure they are manufactured to our demanding specifications. 

VENARIO’s founder, Ralf W. Reisinger, started out with the goal of providing quality designer apparel at very affordable prices with reliable on-time delivery.  VENARIO remains committed to this model.  Our corporate headquarters are in Hong Kong, with regional division offices in the United States and Europe.  Over the years, Mr. Reisinger has carefully developed a network of global connections and formed strategic affiliations with local and foreign partners, providing VENARIO with the ability to produce high-quality garments all over Asia and deliver directly to customers in Europe and North America.

OUR GLOBAL PLATFORM

Ralf W. Reisinger founded his global manufacturing and export business in Hong Kong In 1991  under the name of International Textiles Services – ITS, which he later renamed VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd.  A business and economics major from Germany with extensive background in the designer fashion industry, Mr. Reisinger started out determined to ship the best quality garment for the lowest price possible in a confirmed delivery time frame.  He has never strayed from this concept.  It remains to this day the cornerstone of VENARIO and a key area of our success.

With an international presence that includes offices and local management in Europe and North America, VENARIO handles orders, both large and small, all over the United States, Canada and Europe.  We have a European division, REISINGER GmbH, with offices located in Frankfurt, Germany.  Our USA division, VENARIO INC, has central headquarters and a commercial warehouse in Dallas, Texas, with regional sales teams throughout the United States.  Expansion into Canada is projected for the near future.

VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. has set up our own factories.  Our first factory was established with a Chinese partner in 2007 in Dongguan, China.  A brand-new facility was launched in September of 2009 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.  Along with two partners, one local and one foreign, VENARIO Garment (HK) is an owner and shareholder of the Sri Lanka factory. 

The new manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka produces orders exclusively for VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd.  It currently specializes in medium-size orders and has a work force of 120 people. Due to the high demand for production alternatives outside of China, we will be significantly increasing the production capacities of the Sri Lanka facility.  VENARIO has our own quality-control team, brought in from the outside and placed in Sri Lanka, to oversee production and guarantee quality assurance.

OUR PRODUCTS

The majority of our fashion apparel line consists of 100% boiled wool, using an organic process of water and heat that imparts unique qualities to our designer garments.  From pure virgin Merino wool imported from Australia, the natural wool fibers are processed chemical-free to create a light, supple fabric that is soft to the skin, with none of the itchiness of regular wool.  Incredibly strong and resilient, our boiled wool coats and designer garments stretch with movement, while marvelously retaining their shape over the years.  The natural fibers form a light, dense fabric that is wind and water resistant, making VENARIO’s boiled wool garments wonderfully warm, yet naturally breathable.

We also produce designer ladies blouses made of 100% natural cotton, as well as a blend of 97% cotton and 3% Spandex.  Our high-quality, cotton fibers are woven to form a soft, breathable fabric.  The small percentage of blended spandex promotes a wrinkle-free material that is resistant to abrasions and body acids, while providing excellent stretch and recovery.

PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTION

VENARIO’s corporate officers have established long–term relationships with major private label customers. Their years of experience in dealing with large production private labels, from the retail side of the fashion industry to wholesale sourcing and distribution,  has provided VENARIO with valuable connections and insider knowledge of company requirements, local practices and global issues. 

With our brilliant design team on hand to assist with product design and development, our excellent raw materials sources and exclusive access to our own factories and others across Asia, along with our expertise in customs regulations, export documentation and shipping, VENARIO can offer full global sourcing solutions for our customers’ private label needs.

VENARIO is a green company committed to social and environmental responsibility in the production of our designer garments.  We believe in protection of workers’ rights, with strict adherence to safe and ethical labor standards, as well as globally accepted ecological guidelines. VENARIO garments are processed without the use of harmful chemicals that not only cause skin irritation, but can be detrimental to the health and safety of factory workers and toxic to the environment.

With a corporate presence in Asia and ownership in private factories, VENARIO is able to maintain oversight of factory production.  In order to safeguard factory workers and protect our ecological system, we have procedures in place to ensure worker safety and a chemical-free process, while making certain that the manufacturing process meets our high standards of safety and excellence. 

THE VENARIO TIMELINE

1991 – International Textiles Services – ITS was founded by Ralf W. Reisinger

             in Hong Kong, supplying fabric and garment accessories to manufacturers

             worldwide

1996 – VENARIO Garment Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. was founded in Colombo/Sri Lanka with

             around 250 employees to supply high quality products at a very affordable price

1998 – International Textiles Services – ITS was renamed to VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd.           

            The first garment orders were produced in the People’s Republic of China

2000 -  VENARIO’s North America division, VENARIO INC, was founded in

             Fort Myers, Florida  USA

2003 – VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. and Smart Future International Limited joined forces

             to pool their knowledge and better serve our customers in Europe

2005 – With offices in Hong Kong, Fort Myers, Florida and Frankfurt, Germany, VENARIO

             expanded its global platform to deliver high-quality designer garments directly from

             Asia to our customers in Europe and the United States

2006 – VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. Shenzhen Representative Office was created on

             July 15, 2006 in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China

2007 -  Joint venture with Chinese partner to establish our own factory for the production

            of boiled wool garments in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China

2008 – Our European division, REISINGER GmbH, was founded on January 1, 2008,

           with headquarters near Frankfurt, Germany.

2009 – A new factory for our designer woven apparel started production in Sri Lanka in

            September of 2009, producing orders exclusively for VENARIO Garments (HK) Ltd.

            VENARIO is a shareholder in this new manufacturing facility, under the name of

            JCR Garments (Pvt) Ltd., with one foreign partner and one local partner.

            It was at this time that our U.S. headquarters moved from Fort Myers, Florida to Dallas, Texas.
