1991
International Textiles Services-ITS have been founded by Ralf W. Reisinger in Hong Kong with the goal to supply fabric and garment accessories to manufacturers worldwide.

1996
VENARIO Garment Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. has been founded in Colombo / Sri Lanka with about 250 employees to supply high quality products for an very attractive price.

1998
International Textiles Services-ITS has been renamed to VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. and the first garment orders have been produced in the P.R. of China.

2000
North America office has been founded in Fort Myers / Florida.

2003
VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. and Smart Future International Limited decided to bring together their knowledge to serve our customers in Europe better.

2005
With offices in Hong Kong, Fort Myers and Frankfurt/Germany we have the ability to produce and deliver high quality garments from Asia directly to our customers in Europe and the United States.

2006
Foundation of VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. Shenzhen Representative Office on July 15, 2006

2007
Joint venture with Chinese Partner in order to establish our own knitting factory for the production of boiled wool garments in Dongguan/China.

2009
A new factory for our woven production will be ready for production in Sri Lanka by October 2009.

With our production facilities in Dongguan and Shanghai in China, India and Sri Lanka we are the partner for all your woven and knitted garment requirements!
