Mr. Ralf W. Reisinger was born and raised in Germany, where the label “Made in Germany” has long been synonymous with top quality products and excellence in workmanship. This national standard of excellence, along with Mr. Reisinger’s desire to provide affordable fashion in an environmentally-conscious manner, comprise the cornerstone upon which VENARIO was founded.
After graduating from a business and economics school in Germany, Ralf Reisinger trained in one of the largest apparel retail companies in Europe, gaining extensive knowledge and valuable connections through his apprenticeship. The long-lasting relationships that Mr. Reisinger formed with private label companies led him to found his own global organization, International Textiles Services-ITS in 1991, with corporate headquarters in Hong Kong. ITS became VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. in 1998. VENARIO Garment (HK) Ltd. has offices in Europe (Germany) and a North American subsidiary, VENARIO INC., with local warehouse and headquarters in Dallas, Texas, USA. Mr. Reisinger spends six months out of the year in Hong Kong, when he personally oversees factory production.

A talented European designer, Mrs. Daniela Reisinger heads up Venario’s dynamic design team. Daniela studied for five years at the world-renowned fashion and design school Schloss Hetzendorf in Vienna, Austria. She then went on to design for top European companies, such as Sportalm, Giesswein and Wesenjak. In 1998, Daniela met Ralf W. Reisinger – and VENARIO! Mrs. Daniela Reisinger brings her impeccable sense of style to VENARIO’s in-house and private label brands, designing a sophisticated fashion line of contemporary ladies coats and family apparel that blends European chic with natural comfort.
Daniel Schafer, Executive Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, VENARIO INC,. (USA)
Mr. Daniel Shafer has a successful background in Sales and Marketing. He has worked with Information Technology companies and managed Fortune 100 accounts. But it was his years of working in the retail industry with such luxury fashion giants as Stuart Weitzman, Donald Pliner and Nordstrom where Daniel discovered his interest in fashion. In 2009, Mr. Shafer joined VENARIO INC, heading up their North American division, where his connections in the designer apparel industry and marketing experience with private label companies have proven him a valuable part of the VENARIO team.
